Lynne Nowell
Trauma Counsellor
Over her 10+ years as a mental health professional Lynne Nowell has worked in a variety of environments, including the prison service, manufacturing, education and the NHS.
Lynne is a fully accredited BACP counsellor and, since changing over to private practice in 2011, now works with clients presenting with a diverse range of issues, including stress and trauma.
Before training as a counsellor Lynne began her career in recruitment, and can bring those skills and knowledge with her when working with organisations and employee mental health.
Lynne is one of our trauma counsellors, 247-call-line team, CISM team leader, Peer-to-Peer trainer and Power to Recover online coach.
