Our reception team are on-hand to answer your calls between 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please leave a message and we will return your call the next working day.
The Critical Incident Service is monitored 24/7, outside of reception hours if you leave a message a member of the team will return your call.
We are located in Hazel Grove, Stockport, approximately 5 minutes from Stepping Hill Hospital.
Our reception offers comfortable seating, wheelchair access and complimentary drinks. The treatment rooms have facilities for both talking and body-work therapies, and the entire space has been designed to be calm, confidential and, importantly, feel safe. Our rooms contain ocean, mountain and lake side scenes combined with state-of-the-art colour change mood lighting – giving you control over your environment for a calm and relaxing experience.
The Centre has full disabled access and disabled WC.
Parking and public transport
We have our own private car park adjacent the Centre and off road parking at the front.
Hazel Grove train station is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
Treatment will generally be at the Centre. However, by prior arrangement, your therapy team can attend a different location. Examples of this are when we attend a hospice, hospital or a person’s home. If you feel this may be necessary please let your therapist know.
Water-based treatments are at a separate location. The pool is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Centre. All the pools we use are a maximum of 1.2m deep, so you can feel confident you can touch the bottom at all times. There is private changing and showers on site, as well as full lift/hoist facilities.
Critical Incident Service
Our critical incident team will always come out to you. Depending on the circumstances we will either attend your premises or a location nearby will be sourced, enabling people to congregate safely and easily.
